The estimated delivery time is indicated on our website for each book. The delivery time is also stated for each book on the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail after ordering.
The specified delivery time is the time after receipt of your payment.
A few moments after receiving your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
We use on-line banking (internet banking) and therefore usually receive your payment order very quickly. You can easily check yourself via your account statement whether your payment order has already been processed and transferred by the bank.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with the package number, so that you can track the package over the internet.
We do our best to deliver within the specified time. Many books are available from stock. Moreover, the TMB Bookshop is very regularly supplied by the publishers.
If a book is not available within the specified period (due to a temporary exhaustion of the publisher's stock, reprint, etc.), we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. If the delay is a problem, we will of course refund the amount transferred immediately.
