How does the TMB Bookshop warranty system work?

Books with manufacturing defects or books delivered incorrectly by us will be replaced free of charge with a new copy, according following procedure:

1) Notify us by email within 7 days of receipt.

2) Send the book - after receiving our permission - in its original packaging, prepaid in the cheapest way, by mail to:

3) We will send you a new copy as soon as possible. We will refund the return shipment postage to your account.

• Always stamp any return shipment.
• Unstamped shipments, for which the Post charges a very high penalty, will be refused.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, counting from the first day following delivery, without stating reasons and without payment of a fine. Further information and conditions can be found in article 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.
