Help 4 - Shipping and delivery of your order

What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time (calculated after receipt of your payment) is stated for each book on our website. You will also receive a statement of this expected shipping time when we confirm your order. There are two options:

a) The book you ordered is in stock

If the book is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.

b) The book you have requested must be ordered

There are over 10,000 titles presented on our website. We keep many books in stock, but sometimes a book has to be ordered because the last copy was sold or because it is less common. In this case we will confirm your payment as well as the estimated delivery time by e-mail.

The estimated shipping time, calculated after receipt of your payment, is stated on the website for each book.

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. Delivery is made:
- in Belgium by bPost
- in the Netherlands by PostNL or DHL
- in France by La Poste (Colissimo)
- in the other countries by the local Post.

On the day of shipment we will send you an e-mail message with the parcel number. In this way you know that your order has been sent. You can follow the parcel online via the track & trace of the Post or parcel service.

How can I receive my order as soon as possible?

If you want to receive your order quickly, please transfer the amount immediately on receipt of our order confirmation via electronic banking. Your order will be processed as soon as possible.

Can I receive the parcel at a different address?

Yes, just enter the desired delivery address in the Comments box.

What happens if a book is no longer available?

Sometimes a book is sold out and a reprint is not foreseen for the near future. If a book is no longer available, you will be informed as soon as possible. The transferred amount will be immediately refunded to your account.

I have received a message that my order has been sent, but my parcel has not yet arrived.

Packages in Belgium and the Netherlands are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. In other European countries it can take 7-10 working days.

• The delivery driver leaves a message when the resident is absent and the parcel does not fit in the letter box. The next day the parcel is available at the collection point for approximately 2 weeks. You can pick it up there. Parcels that have not been collected will be returned to us.

• It happens that the delivery person forgets to make a card or that the card gets lost (e.g. between newspapers or other printed matter).

• Sometimes it also happens that the delivery person delivers the shipment to one of your neighbors.

• In any case, check whether the specified address, as stated on our order confirmation, is completely correct (especially the zip code and house number!).

• In case of delivery problems, the Post and parcel services advise that you first check with your neighbors and then with the local parcel point. Often the parcel is already waiting there for you.

Please inform us if you have not received your parcel after a week. We will then take the necessary steps.
