Giugiaro
Born in 1938 in Garessio, Piedmont, Giorgetto Giugiaro began his career at Bertone and Ghia before founding his own company, Giugiaro Italdesign, in 1968. His work has significantly influenced automotive design in Italy and worldwide.
Giugiaro is recognized as one of the most influential automotive designers. He created iconic models such as the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT and Alfetta, Volkswagen Golf, Audi 80, Fiat Panda, Uno and Punto, Lancia Delta, Thema and Prisma, as well as the Maserati Bora, Ghibli and Merak.
