Bestemming Buitenland (1) - Voormalig Nederlands OV-materieel in Roemenië

Hugo Richter, capacity planner at ProRail, developed a passion for public transport through his youthful experiences with trains and buses, as his parents did not have a driver's license. His interest started in the Netherlands but quickly grew into travelling throughout Europe and even worldwide, always with the aim of discovering a touch of the Netherlands in faraway countries.
His first long journey took him to Romania, where he discovered former Dutch public transport equipment. Ten years after this discovery, he looks back and examines the changes during this period.

This photo book offers a selection from his extensive collection of photographs, divided by city, with over twenty different cities in Romania. It provides a glimpse into the Dutch buses, trams and trains he encountered during this period and highlights anecdotes from his visits to various locations.
