Deutsche Bahn Schwerlastgruppe

The Heavy Transport Group of Deutsche Bahn is renowned in the industry for its specialized expertise in heavy transport on both rail and road. Zware machines, ketels, buizen, transformatoren, zelfs schepen en vliegtuigen, er was nauwelijks een transportmiddel dat DB niet over de weg vervoerde.

Een speciaal hoofdstuk behandelt het vervoer van locomotieven van alle typen, andere tractievoertuigen, passagiers- en goederenwagons en lichte spoorwegen en trams door middel van zware wegvoertuigen. Het boek vult daarmee een verdere leemte in de documentatie van de spoorweggeschiedenis.

Een werkelijk schitterend boek, vol actiefoto's van hoofdzakelijk Kaelble trekkers gekoppeld aan Culemeyer en Scheuerle aanhangers. Warm aanbevolen!
